This draught system is called a Jockey Box which is essentially a cooler box repurposed to dispense beer.

Once fitted to a beer keg, the beer makes it way into the cooler box and runs through a 25 meter stainless steel coil to the tap fitted on the outside of the cooler box . The cooler box is filled with ice and water. No electricity required for dispensing ice cold beer!
