COLLIN'S IRISH STOUT

A roasty, yet creamy and smooth stout. Our stout is a take on the classic Dry Irish Stout. Served on Nitrogen, the beer is presented with a tight, creamy head. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate notes are present on the nose and finish.

WEISS RIVER

A classic German Hefeweizen or Weissbier brewed with a hefty portion of wheat malt. This beer offers a good balance of banana and clove notes with a slight note of bubblegum on the nose as well. The use of wheat malt lends to a fuller body but does not detract from a crisp refreshing beer.

AMERICAN PALE ALE

A hop forward aromatic ale brewed with fruity American hops. This beer features a noticeable scent of passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus on the nose. While more on the bitter side, the bitterness aids in the beer's crispness making it refreshing and drinkable.
